1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the RxHello platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Business Associate Agreement Requirement
Access to the RxHello clinical platform requires the execution of a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). These Terms of Service are subordinate to the BAA regarding the handling of Protected Health Information (PHI).
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Attempt to bypass the clinical guardrails designed to prevent the AI from providing medical advice.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the integrity of the PMS integrations.
- Use the service for bulk, unsolicited marketing SMS (spam) outside the bounds of standard patient adherence communications.
4. Limitation of Liability
RxHello provides a communication and triaging tool. It does not provide medical advice. The ultimate responsibility for patient care, prescription verification, and clinical judgment rests entirely with the licensed pharmacists utilizing the system. In no event shall RxHello be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
