We are a team of former independent pharmacy technicians, owners, and software engineers who decided the phone ringing 400 times a day wasn't a law of physics.

The Problem

In 2019, our co-founder was managing an independent pharmacy in Ohio. Despite having a state-of-the-art IVR, the staff was still fielding hundreds of calls a day asking "Is my prescription ready?"

The breaking point came when a pharmacist missed a critical contraindication because they were interrupted three times by routine phone calls while trying to verify a script. That's when we realized: the phone isn't just annoying; it's a clinical liability.

Our Core Beliefs

1. AI should not practice medicine. It should handle the routine so humans can handle the complex.
2. No Shadow IT. If it doesn't talk to the PMS, it's just another tab to open. We integrate directly.
3. Privacy is absolute. BAA-first, zero-retention data policies.
