Hard Clinical Bounds
An AI hallucinating a dosage instruction is a liability. RxHello is built with a deterministic rules engine overlaid on the LLM. It is strictly forbidden from providing novel medical advice.
If a query involves interactions, side effects not listed on the standard monograph, or dosage adjustments, the system triggers a Pharmacist Handoff. It alerts your terminal and tells the patient a pharmacist is reviewing.
The Handoff Workflow
